Shea is a long-time educator who has served in many different capacities from coach to administrator in schools across the great state of Texas. His passions are his children, the outdoors, and highlighting the great people in education across the state of Texas.
Kelsey is the wife of Shea and comes from a long line of educators. Kelsey's father is an athletic director, and her mother and both sisters are either teachers or coaches. Kelsey has a background in social media and marketing and serves as the social media director of a school district in Texas. Her passions are sports, traveling, and her 3 boys.
Three time Texas Coach of the Year, Coach Clay retired in 2024 after a career that spanned eight schools, two stints as an athletic director, 17 years as a football and track coach, and two state tournament appearances.
In an effort to continue helping former athletes and fellow coaches, he now works in life insurance.
Coach Clay and wife, KK, live in Big Spring. His son, Zeke, is the Head Basketball Coach at Anton and his stepson, Dax, is the head coach at O'Donnell.
Glen Hill is the Superintendent of Paint Creek ISD in Texas, having previously served as the principal of Albany High School. He is passionate about leadership in rural education, with a focus on fostering strong school culture and enhancing student outcomes. Raised in the small town of Aspermont, Texas, Glen and his wife, Kelsea, who is a Speech Pathologist from Jayton, share a deep commitment to raising their two children, Whitten (7) and Channing (1.5), in a community that reflects the values they grew up with.
Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Transformative Leadership at Angelo State University, Glen applies his academic learning to real-world leadership challenges, particularly in rural schools. His favorite role is being the “Lead Storyteller,” ensuring that the positive stories of his district are shared. He believes that if we do not tell the story of our organization someone else will and we may not like their narrative.
In his free time, Glen can often be found working on his coursework, reading, or spending time with his children.

Jason is a sports, portrait, family, and event photographer based in Gainesville, Texas. He's been shooting since 2017 and really enjoys the many sports he gets to capture along with watching athletes on their journeys and providing memories for the athletes and families.
By day he is an IT Consultant with 26 years of experience in the IT space. Jason is also a PT107 Licensed Drone Pilot.
Abigail Bose reflects her faith in God and the strength it provides her. She graduated high school at 17 at Coahoma HS where she had a successful athletic career and is now a college student at Howard College.
She highlights her growth in various skills like leadership, teamwork, time management, and courage through participation at Howard College where she manages for the basketball team, is a diplomat, and is a part of the Student Government Association. She enjoys sports, community, and bringing people together!
Being the eldest of five siblings, she emphasizes resilience and determination in overcoming obstacles. Her passion for helping others is evident through her enrollment in various clubs when she attended high school and in college now where she finds joy in building relationships with other people.
